No Regrets

Why’s everyone keep buggin me about Juliet this and Juliet that? She and I are basically last week’s news, in case it wasn’t obvious. All she ever did was nag at me about Verona, Verona, Verona. What’s so great about Verona anyway? This place has practically everything I’ve ever wanted – a meaningful life, freedom from my stupid family, and above all, true love.

That’s right, true love. My beloved Vanessa is unrivaled in her mature beauty, and she actually listens to what I have to say. Unlike some people out there, she cares about what I want and isn’t consumed by some stupid, meaningless ambition. Take life as it comes, I say, and she’s totally with me on that.

I have no regrets. At all. None.

You didn’t even read my comments on your previous article, did you? I’m TRYING to warn you about stuff that is about to happen, here. It’s not that I’m saying you absolutely MUST go back to Juliet, I’m just warning you that you are in an AWFUL situation right now.

If you stay in this world, all of reality is probably going to collapse around you, and as a result I will die, you will die, Juliet will die, Vanessa will die, and everyone and everything you have ever even THOUGHT OF will die. I didn’t cause that, and there is nothing I or anyone can do right now to change it. If you want to get angry at me for saying it, fine. I don’t really care.

If you do leave, it very likely will not be back to Verona. Our goal at the moment is to find or create you a reality in which you can be happy. Probably some place much like this. However, even if we do that, Vanessa cannot come with you, or her presence will just destabilize THAT reality and who knows what other ones.

Basically, I’m trying to warn you that you may be in VERY deep trouble right now. I’m trying my best to work on a way out of this, but I have nothing right now.

If I actually do come up with something, I WILL tell you, but until then, there really is no way out of this one.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that’s how it is.

You just broke Juliet’s heart. Do you know that? You didn’t just break it. You ripped it out of her chest and stomped on it. You didn’t think about her feelings at all, did you? You think you understand true love? You have no clue.

And to top things off, you’ve just doomed us all. I’ve told you before about the dangerous situation we are in. We have confirmation that your presence in this world will unravel reality as we know it. This whole world that you love so much will go up in smoke, because you’ve decided to be selfish. I hope you’re happy with yourself. I hope you’re happy when, you, Vanessa, this entire universe, and all of us just vanish into thin air. And as everything disappears into oblivion, you remember that you’re the one that caused all of this to happen. We’ll see how many regrets you have by then.

Let me state this as simply as I can: Romeo you are a moron…I could go on but quite honestly I don’t think I should have to elaborate

  • Adell says:

You’ve known her for even LESS time than Juliet, how the crud is this “true love?” I guarentee you tell Vanessa it’s true love she’ll probably just laugh at you. what’s it been, like, 4 days since you’ve dated? What do you even know about her besides that she’s a girl?

I don’t necessarily care if you’re dating Juliet or not, but you’re just incredibly naive if you think true love can be found this easily and conveniently. Then again, I guess where you come from convenience was the name of the game.

  • Zup says:

You mangled swag-bellied odiferous stench! How dare you treat Juliet that way. You are so thoughtless, O teach me how I should forget to think. You are a shallow cowardly hind, and you lie. You do not know what love is, knave. You are a man of wax! I hope you hang, beg, starve, and die on the streets!

  • Scarab says:

    Rosaline.

Remember her? I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t, hell, you forgot about her pretty damn quickly when Juliet turned up. But you were all head over heels for Rosaline weren’t you? And now you’ve completely forgotten about Juliet in roughly the same amount of time! What a SURPRISE! (That was sarcasm by the way). Could this be signs of a PATTERN? How will Vanessa feel when you lose interest in her?

Believe it or not everyone here is trying to HELP. Yeah maybe we had our own agenda, but we do give a damn about what happens to you two… It didn’t even matter if you were together, not really. Just so long as you had a chance to be happy at least for a little while, while you were here.

But as you now surely know… we had other agendas. Agendas more important than which girl you’re shacking up with this week. You don’t want to be with Juliet? Fine, but you should’ve sucked told her not chickened out by blocking her and writing poems to OTHER people. You know ‘true love at first sight’ doesn’t usually work here. But deep down I think at least some of us kind of hoped that you could work. Even though we knew it wasn’t that rational.

I hoped I was wrong about assuming you were just a romantic who cared more about the IDEA of being in love with a pretty girl than you did about the ACTUAL girl. But I guess I was right all along, huh? As soon as it becomes difficult, as soon as it becomes harder than quoting bloody sonnets, you drop a girl like a tin of hot coals.

But if I could just stop ranting for a moment… Look everything everyone else here is telling you? It’s true. We’re trying to work on a solution that would be better for everyone. We don’t know if it’ll work, but we’re trying. And you SERIOUSLY need to think about what you actually want, and stop hopping from girl to girl like they’re prizes at a carnival fair. Nothing wrong with wanting to be happy, nothing wrong with loving who you want, but these women, Vanessa AND Juliet, are NOT just tools for your elaborate fantasies! This is about SO MUCH MORE than just you, Romeo. :x

I feel that you’re so lucky to have found your one true love! You and Vanessa are two of the luckiest people in the world IMO. My romantic advice is to commit yourself completely to this love. Shower Vanessa with constant attention, be the young doting boyfriend she deserves. Women love a dozen roses, chocolate and stuffed animals. Get her LOTS of those, that way she’ll never forget how much you truly love her. It’s not enough to love her in private either, express your love openly and often in public. Recite poetry on a whim or sing her a song in front of her friends so they too know how truly madly deeply in love you two are.

You two are so lucky to have found one another, never leave her side. You won’t want to miss a single moment. Seriously, spend as much time together as you possibly can. I’m really happy and excited for you. :D
True love is a wonderful feeling. Don’t hold back!

    Three words.
    Infatuation or love?
    ‘Nuff said.

  • OneWhoWatchesOverTheCrowd says:

Romeo, Romeo, Romeo… You fail to understand the severity of your decision. The average American female will do nothing virtuous for you. This little “Fling” you currently have will die like every human. And when Juliet returns home, you will realize what you have abandoned, stomped on, and insulted.

    Keep going Romeo. Keep Going.

  • TheJester says:

Poor Romeo. Dude Good For You For Taking Vanessa. I Hope You Two Have A Happy Life Together, You Deserve It. Can You Believe Juliet’s Attitude? Ridiculous, I Am Glad You Broke Up With Her Man.
